Purpose of the processing and legal basis of the processing
The Customer’s personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- Management of customer records (company name, address, telephone contacts, email, VAT number and / or tax code, etc.) for the provision of the requested services, for administrative and accounting management, for communications regarding the Protezione Ambientale r.l.
- Implementation of the obligations regarding health surveillance.
- Evaluation of candidates for the purpose of possible inclusion within its staff.
This website does not use cookies or other tracking tools.
The provision of personal data by the Customer or any candidate for employment is essential in order to start the commercial and / or work relationship.
The Data Controller is authorized to process personal data without the Client’s consent being required as long as he does not object (“opt-out”) to such treatment. However, this is not applicable if the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract, to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject; for the performance of a task of public interest or for the exercise of public authority vested in the Owner; for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court.
Data recipients
The processing is carried out manually or by means of IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, other employees of the Data Controller may have access to personal data (e.g. administrative, commercial, marketing, secretarial staff).
Transfer of data
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organizations.
Data retention
Personal data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the Customer will be retained until the execution of this contract is completed. The Data Controller may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
When the processing is based on the User’s consent, the Data Controller may keep the Personal Data longer until such consent is revoked.
The Data Controller reserves the right to keep the curricula for 10 years, unless otherwise indicated by the sender, in order to be able to use them for any opening of job positions, without prejudice to the right to request the deletion of data from our archives at any time.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
Special categories of personal data
The Customer or the candidate who may provide data qualifying as “particular categories of personal data” (ie those data that reveal “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data , biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person “). may be processed by the Data Controller only with prior consent, expressed in writing.
Withdrawal of consent
With reference to art. 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 6 of EC Reg. 679/2016, the interested party can revoke any consent given for the services that provide for it at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
Rights of the interested party
With reference to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 15 – right of access, 16 – right of rectification, 17 – right to cancellation, 18 – right to limitation of processing, 20 – right to portability, 21 – right to object, 22 right to object to the automated decision-making process of the GDPR 679 / 16, the interested parties exercise their rights by writing exclusively to the Data Controller:

Proposition of complaint
The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the state of residence.
Refusal to provide data
The provision of personal data is mandatory as regards the application of the administrative and / or fiscal legislation and / or Legislative Decree 81/08. Therefore, any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Owner to carry out the service.
